Practicing lawyers who are members of the Adoption Support Group (ASG) organized by the Department of Social Welfare and Development in the National Capital Region (DSWD-NCR) committed to render legal assistance to adoptive parents and their children.

During the ceremonial signing of Pledge of Commitment which also marked the kick-off of the 15th Adoption Consciousness Week held at Lapu-Lapu Shrine in Luneta Park, Manila on February 16, six (6) members of the ASG committed to provide legal services at modest professional fees, to be vigilant for the cause of the adoption programs and to facilitate adoption to all those who have the heart and love to provide homes to abandoned, neglected, surrendered children and children with special needs.
