The Department of Social Welfare and Development – National Capital Region opened the weeklong celebration of its 38th founding anniversary on October 24, 2016 through a motorcade that was participated by the officials and staff from the Field Office’s units, divisions, centers and residential care facilities. The route of the motorcade was from the FO in Legarda Manila passed thru Ayala Bridge, Manila City Hall, Quiapo Church, España Avenue, Lacson Avenue, Nagtahan, Mendiola, CM Recto Avenue, Morayta, then Back to the Field Office.###
