Vibrant and dynamic were the words that emerged as the Pantawid Pamilya Regional Program Management Office (RPMO) hosted the Virtual Flag Ceremony of the Department of Social Welfare and Development – National Capital Region (DSWD-NCR) last April 26, 2021.

The activity’s highlights include the discussion of Justice and Corruption as the Lakas ng Karakter of the Month which was shared by Jacob Faith G. Jayme, City Link-Community Organizer of RPMO. He stressed that an employee of any government offices should vest the highest standard in delivering public service to the citizens of the country. Also, practices that displays acts of corruption should be avoided regardless of circumstances because these may tarnish not only the name of the employee but that of the department/agency as well.

Meanwhile, introduction of newly hired and promoted staff from the Regional Office of the DSWD NCR down to the Operations Offices was led by the Human Resource Planning and Performance Management (HRPPMS).

“Inspite of the challenges, we have to remain strong and healthy, and of course wise sa ating mga galaw. Dahil a lot of people, marami sa kababayan natin ang talagang umaasa sa serbisyo natin na maagap, mapagkalinga at walang puwang sa katiwaliang serbisyo sa bayan.” as the Regional Director Vicente Gregorio B. Tomas delivered his inspirational message during the Virtual Flag Ceremony.

The virtual activity was capped off with recitation of the “Panunumpa Ng Kawani Ng Gobyerno” and singing of the “Awit ng Serbisyo Sibil.”
