The Haven for Women marked Family Day 2025 on September 15 with the theme “Family-Oriented Policies Towards a More Stable, Prosperous, and Secure Filipino Family.”

In her message, Center Head and Social Welfare Officer III Ms. Jasmin Pasong emphasized the vital role of the Filipino family as the cornerstone of communities, highlighting the shared responsibility to uplift and support families, especially those from vulnerable sectors.

Clients and residents joined a mini program that featured a poster-making activity, where they expressed their creativity by portraying the meaning of a Filipino family. The activity also served as a form of therapeutic expression, fostering healing, connection, and a deeper appreciation of family values.
