The Odiame Family from Pasig City won as “Huwarang Pantawid Pamilya 2013” by the Regional Inter-Agency Committee on the Filipino Family, chaired by the Department of Social Welfare and Development – National Capital Region (DSWD-NCR), during the awarding ceremonies on September 26, 2013 at the SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City.

Ms.Venus Raj together with the representatives of the RIAC-FF joined the family as they received their plaque of recognition and cash prize handed over by DSWD-NCR Director Ma. Alicia S. Bonoan to Mrs. Odiame.

The family was conferred the Huwarang Pantawid Pamilya among the 16 LGU nominees in Metro Manila because of their outstanding efforts in leading different community endeavors and for their perfect compliance to the conditionalities set under the program.###
