BACKGROUND
Social Welfare and Development Learning Network (SWD L-Net) is a group of individuals, experts or learning institutions who agree to collaborate and ensure quality delivery of Social Welfare and Development (SWD) learning programs and services.
The Learning Network was organized by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) through Administrative Order No. 20 series of 2005, entitled: “The Establishment of Social Welfare and Development Learning Network.
On April 25, 2007, the SWD L-Net was organized in DSWD NCR. The pilot test also involved DSWD Field Offices CAR, V,VII and XI.
