In observance of the Fire Prevention Month in March, the Rehabilitation Sheltered Workshop and National Vocational Rehabilitation Center conducted fire drill participated in by the staff and persons with disability-residents.

 

They also attended in the lecture of FO2 Florence Christine Sanchez of Quezon City Fire Department, who discussed how to properly respond during the situation, importance of fire alarms and having a blinker or strove lights for the hearing impaired.

 

These activities aimed to educate the staff and residents of centers and residential care facilities on fire prevention and safety. ###
