The excitement of children to play and interact is a beautiful sight to behold. Their faces light up with pure joy as they engage in imaginative games and lively conversations with friends and family. They approach each interaction with a sense of wonder, eager to learn, explore, and connect with the world around them. Through play, they not only develop important skills but also form lasting bonds and create cherished memories.

 

The children from the Reception and Study Center for Children were invited by the SM Care Foundation for a day tour of SM North Edsa. The children were given the chance to experience the Northern Christmas Holiday Express theme. They took a train tour with a 3D experience around places that feature different locations around the world. Afterward, the children got to play arcade games and hop on the rides in a kid-friendly entertainment facility with fun-filled activities for all ages. Along with this, no amount of happiness could replace on the faces of each child while trying all the games and rides which is a very rare experience for them from being in a residential care facility.

RSCC is very fortunate to be one of the beneficiaries of SM Cares – their partnership with the center aids not only the financial gains of the center but also in the developmental milestones of each child which is very significant to their growth. The children’s remarkable experience in the facility gives them the spirit to try all the recreational activities to satisfy their innocent minds and the ability to interact outside the facility.
