The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program National Capital Region successfully conducted an Operation-Based Management workshop focused on “Effective Multi-stakeholders Building and Strengthening Partnership Management.” last May 30, 2024, held in Quezon City.
The activity drew at least 50 participants across the nine (9) operations offices in Metro Manila.
This initiative aimed to foster a deeper understanding of partnership frameworks and equip participants with the skills to identify, assess, and manage partnerships effectively. It underscored the importance of collaboration and communication, facilitating best practice sharing within alliances to optimize the program’s impact.
One of the highlights of the activity was a learning workshop on stakeholder mapping. This session enabled participants to identify key stakeholders, assess their influence and interest, and develop strategies to engage them effectively. The interactive nature of the workshop facilitated lively discussions and the exchange of valuable insights and feedback among the attendees.
The workshop also featured a segment on best practice sharing, where participants presented successful case studies and strategies from their respective offices. This segment highlighted innovative approaches and solutions that have proven effective in fostering strong partnerships and achieving program objectives.
Moreover, 4Ps-NCR plans to conduct follow-up sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure that the principles and practices discussed during the workshop are effectively implemented across all operations offices. This sustained effort aims to build a network of well-managed, high-impact partnerships that will drive the success of the 4Ps program in Metro Manila and beyond.
