A total of 461 beneficiaries from Quezon City have received their grants under the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP), spearheaded by the DSWD – National Capital Region (DSWD-NCR)

Each participant received a ₱15,000 grants to help them build and enhance their income – generating activities. 

Financial Literacy was also provided on April 22, 2025 in Plaza Camerino, Brgy. Marilag, Project 4, Quezon City to ensure that beneficiaries are equipped with the knowledge to manage and grow their small businesses sustainably.

Sustainable Livelihood Program is a capacity – building program that aims to the socio-economic status of poor, vulnerable, and marginalized sector. It has two track: Micro-enterprise Development, which supports the establishment or enhancement of small businesses, and Employment Facilitation, which assists participants in accessing appropriate employment opportunities
