As part of the observance of National Dengue Awareness Month under Proclamation No. 1204, the City Health Office of Muntinlupa, led by Sanitation Inspector Ms. Pearly Cartago, conducted a fogging operation on June 17, 2025 at Marillac Hills – National Training School for Girls (MH-NHTS).

 

 

 

 

 

 

The operation targeted dormitories and office areas to help eliminate Aedes aegypti, the mosquito species responsible for spreading dengue. This proactive initiative was made possible through the Medical Service Unit of the facility.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Before fogging began, Ms. Cartago briefed residents and staff on dengue prevention tips and the importance of the activity in reducing the risk of dengue transmission.
