“Pugay Tagumpay: Pagkilala sa mga magtatapos na Benepsisyaryo ng
4Ps mula sa Lungsod ng Caloocan”

The Department of Social Welfare and Development – National Capital Region Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program will be conducting a Graduation Ceremony on 24 February 2022 (Thursday) at 10:00 AM which will be held at the Glorietta Plaza, Barangay Tala, Caloocan City.

The graduation ceremony will feature the 67 beneficiaries from Caloocan City who are exiting from the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program. The said households were assessed to be self-sufficient family based on the latest Social Welfare Development Indicator (SWDI) assessment findings.

The ceremony will be graced by the DSWD National Program Manager Gemma B Gabuya, Caloocan City Mayor Hon. Oscar “Oca” Malapitan, DSWD-NCR Regional Director Vicente Gregorio B. Tomas, Assistant Regional Director for Operations Lea Mae B. Swindler and OIC-Regional Program Coordinator Keren T. Jemina. The event will also be witnessed by the partner stakeholders of the program from different National Government Agencies, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and the private sectors. Moreover, it is expected that the activity will be live-streamed on the DSWD-NCR Official Facebook page on the said date.

The said activity in Caloocan City will be the 11th ceremonial graduation in the Region. Moreover, the ceremonial graduation is one of the highlights of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program as a National Poverty Reduction Strategy of the government by virtue of R.A. 11310 known as “An Act Institutionalizing the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps)”.
