OBJECTIVES

1. Develop training designs/modules and learning resource materials customized to the needs of the Learning   Network members and non-members.

2. Conduct capability-building activities for SWD L-Net members and non-members.

3. Formulate SWD policies for the operationalization of capability-building programs.
