Atibo told.
Atibo’s family is also beneficiary of the Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program. She disclosed that through the program, her youngest child, Francisco, was able to continue schooling through the Alternative Learning System (ALS).
DSWD-NCR Regional Director Ma. Alicia S. Bonoan explained that under the Sustainable Livelihood Program, the Self-Employment Assistance-Kaunlaran (SEA-K) tract is a capability building program which aims to enhance the socio-economic skills of poor families through the organization of community-based associations for entrepreneurial development.
Meanwhile, beneficiaries committed that they would do their best to maximize the money they received so they can be self-sufficient. “Kayang-kaya namin ang pagbabago!” beneficiaries proclaimed. ###
