The DSWD Field Office NCR Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) conduct Multi-Stakeholders General Assembly on December 9, 2021 via Zoom Meeting conference.


The activity was graced by Regional Director Vicente Gregorio B. Tomas, Assistant Regional Director for Operations Lea Mae Swindler, OIC-Regional Program Coordinator Keren T. Jemina, and Institutional Partnership Officers April Joyce-Co and Jessie Tarifa who also serves as hosts in the activity.



The activity was attended by the partner National Government Agencies (NGAs), Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), Local Government Units (LGUs) in NCR which aims to recognize their untiring support and accomplishments in the implementation of the Program in the Region.

Meanwhile, Ms. Swindler read a speech in behalf of the DSWD Secretary Rolando D. Bautista. In the message, ARDO Lea stressed that the implementation of the 4Ps in the National and Regional level stressed the convergence efforts of the program to uplift the well-being of the 4Ps beneficiaries.



“Through unity and partnership, the DSWD and our public and private partners were able to pool our efforts to uplift our poor “kababayans” by providing them with support interventions on health, education, nutrition, and after care services which, not only addressed their basic needs, but also raised their productivity amid the pandemic.” – Stated in the message read by ARDO Lea.

The activity capped by the closing message of Regional Director Vicente Gregorio B. Tomas as he gave his gratitude and appreciation to all the Stakeholders of the Program who contributed the accomplishments in breaking the intergenerational cycle of poverty.



“The Department of Social Welfare and Development has proven that social development goals can be realized because of the robust partnerships. Without our stakeholders (NGAs, CSOs, and LGUs), kung wala po kayo hindi po natin maa-achieve ang magagandang social development goals which benefited a lot of our clients and beneficiaries for our 4Ps and other programs and services of the Department” – Said RD Tomas.



The Multistake General Assembly is an annual activity of the 4Ps Regional Program Management Office aim to appreciate and recognize the support and accomplishments of the Partner stakeholders on the implantation of the Program in the Region. ##
